The Geneva International Motor Show 2011 will feature Honda’s future electric car. The car is a five seat hatchback and will pretty much give people an idea about how the future Jazz EV will look like.

The mileage is similar to Nissan’s Leaf: 100 miles per charge, but that can change until the car will actually get to the first customers, and depends of a multitude of factors. The car is based on the Jazz EV concept, the EV-N concept, the Skydeck Hybrid concept and the P-Nut concept.

“The Honda EV Concept hints strongly at the direction and styling for Honda’s upcoming production battery electric vehicle, the Fit EV, which will be introduced to the U.S. and Japan in 2012,” says a Honda representative.

Honda also offers a novel charging system, which will be available to all of its electric and plug-in hybrid models. The latter, just like the Prius, will offer all-electric driving, along with petrol only and mixed modes.
