  1. The term “GREENHOUSE GAS” implys that the heat of the sun is being traped by CO2 thus heating our planet at a rate higher then natural. One might say it’s like storing energy. Storing energy however is imposible, energy may be at rest but it’s there. Liquid fuel as oil is full of energy but so are many other things. So what makes our society so dependant on liquid fuel? Liquid fuel is portable, easily stored and readily available. As it becomes less we all expect science to come up with answers. BUT all the alternatives come with serious issues of their own. They need large amounts of water to produce, are energy intense in their production, or reduce our food supply to produce like bio-fuels. The various uses of energy dictates what type of energy is best. Cars and planes, liquid. Trains liquid but can be electrified realitivly easy. Our homes can be heated with oil, gas or electrisity. So it’s cars and planes that are going to need major re-thinking. So far there is no viable alternatives to oil. At least once the oil stops so will the “GREENHOUSE GAS”
