In the video above it is briefly explained why PWM Electrolyzers work. Faraday’s studies have revealed two centuries ago that the energy necessary to split the oxygen from hydrogen is higher than that gained by burning them. In fact, the reality is that is true with ordinary DC current, but when PWM-ed square impulses are used, the situation changes dramatically because of the system using the zero-point energy. Faraday did not know that.
