An interesting concept for producing energy has caught my eyes today, and I think it might even work. The devices that Phil Pauley conceived are called “Hydrostatic Turbines”, and operate at high water depths.
Each unit is made from a “body” and a “cap”. The cap acts like a water pump that moves a magnet system turning a turbine.
The energy produce can be sent to the surface through cables or can be stored in batteries.
